Correction: there was nothing irrelevant about my irreverence of The Scream.
My plans were to fly out of Oslo on Sunday and stay overnight at the KEF airport. I could take a trip to see northern lights if the weather cooperated that night and I made reservations for a quick trip to the Blue Lagoon on Monday morning before I had to come back home at 3pm.
Not to be: there was a really bad storm in Iceland and when I got to the airport in Oslo I was alerted to my canceled flight. Icelandair is very civilized and “put us up” in an airport hotel and fed us lunch, dinner, and breakfast and flew us to Iceland at 8 am. This is me waiting in line to check in and thinking about how I would have been sleeping on the seats at any airport in the US:
I can’t think of anywhere I want to go so l guess it is time to go home…..WHAT A GREAT TRIP I HAD!!!
But stay tuned I booked a flight to Bangkok on April 19 to June 22nd. If I could do this trip—– I could do Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam.
I got your message. I want regular bulletins. Let me know if you get this.
