A Very Rainy Day in Amsterdam

This picture does not show how much and how hard it rained today (significantly reduced the number of bikers).Perfect day to goes to museums.  I went to the Van Gogh first.  Lovely and not too big.

After that, I went to the much larger Rijk’s.  They have a nifty audio guide to download to your phone and you could see the pic, etc. they were describing.  I am a sucker for those corny photo ops.

It was a great day for pumpkin soup and cheese sandwich at the museum cafe–very yummy.

Took buses and ventured on one of the electric trams—pretty cool.
